Yes, the software can be used on Windows 10. I've downloaded the version from its official website and installed it. After launch, the software asked for location, and now it displays everything properly. The screensaver also works, and there are no errors or something related to this.
I downloaded YoWindow so I can now click on the desktop icon to pull up a full screen which is beautiful. However, it doesn't come up as a "screensaver" when my computer is idle but goes to black. Is there anything I need to do to make it work as a regular screensaver?

The software needs to have a SCR file placed in the C:\Windows to be able to set it as screensaver. Right click on your desktop, then go to Personalise and click the Screensaver button. Choose YoWindow from that location if it's possible, but if it's missing then it means the software doesn't have the possibility of set it up as native screensaver.
I have downloaded and installed the application and left all the default options checked. As you can see method, I am able to select YoWindow as the default screensaver.
I just upgraded my Mac to Mavericks & installed the latest version of YoWindow. Now, I get a message at the top of the screen: "No weather" (and the scene does not reflect the weather in the area). What can I do to relink YoWindow to the current weather?

YoWindow is providing weather status by accessing local weather stations through the Internet. In order the program to display the weather, you need to have a stable Internet connection. Also, if the program thinks that the weather station is unreliable, it will not display any information, like your case. To manually add a weather station, use Google to find the closest station and to find its ICAO code. After this, open the application, go to Main Menu > Location > Location Properties > enter the ICAO code and click OK.

Note: When installing, make sure to launch the setup package as Administrator.
